QUALITY CONTROL AND PACKING
Under the supervision of the Chemical Engineer employed within our body,  at ISO 9001 Quality Standards, as per Qualanod Criterion for Eloxal processed products, for the products subjected to Electrostatic dust paint as per the Qualicoat Criteiron, the products pass through the quality control and our quality departments and are conveyed to the packing and packaging department.
In the Packing and Packaging Department, the materials are diligently packed before delivery to our customer. The materials are packed in different manners and made ready for shipment as per their dimensions and types.  We have imported protective 0,60 microns thick folio application that are rolled in our special machines for aluminum plates.
The most suitable packing type is selected considering the damages to which the product may be exposed during transportation. The materials may be packed by inserting thin paper layers in between in order to avoid scratches.  Depending on the destination of the shipment, the packing may be in thick packs, in cardboard boxes, in nylon bags, on wooded palettes in order to hold them together, by wrapping with plastic films (stretches) or may be placed in crates by supporting the packing with hoops and Styrofoam for shipments out of Istanbul and abroad, thereby making the product ready for shipment.
